Hi everyone, it has been a long week for everyone, but thank God you are alive, well and strong doing your business.
Today I want to talk about something very special which many people don't know that affects the body (sleep).
If the body does not get enough of it, seriously it affects the wellness of the body.
At least eight (8) hours a day, which can help the bodywork normally.
We sometimes overwork the body all in the name of hard work.
In the end, all the money we work for we give back to doctors.
It's not your fault, not my fault, not anyone fault to work very hard and forget to satisfy the body needs.
Yes, there is no food for the lazy but again health is wealth.
Two good examples of why it is not good to stress the body.
One diligent and brave courageous young hard work civil engineer.
This young man is very serious when it comes to his work.
He doesn't even have time for friends or goes out once in a while and relax his body.
He spent every single minute of his life working, he hardly spent even an hour or hour plus (+) sleeping.
One sunny day this young gentleman was working with his colleagues on top of a five-story building.
Everyone was busy working, but this young man was working at the edge of the building.
At first, he was complaining about his head, and not feeling active, but he choose to work instead for him to home and rest.
20 minutes later whiles working on the edge part of the five-story building.
Guess what happen! He falls asleep and falls on the ground, one of his comrades saw him.
He runs to him and reassures the young man, he was so lucky he did not fall over the high build (sad).
A beautiful virtual and courageous woman who works as an accountant.
To tell you how much she takes her career seriously, she didn't even want to get married or have a child (hmm).
Her parents are never in support of what she is doing, they keep reminding her every day.
That, she is not getting younger anymore and she is a woman she needs to settle down.
What her parents keep saying to her, she never gives them ears.
She never makes time for herself to rest not talk about making time for family.
One afternoon she was working, someone brought a document for her to sign.
If she signs that document she is going to stay behind bars for over 10 years, losing her job without no benefit.
She was about to sign this document when a close friend came in, did you read the document before signing.
No! you are making a very big mistake, how can you sign a document without reading it.
Her friend look at her body language, she was not responding well.
A few minutes later she collapsed and was taken to the hospital.
The doctor confirms that! her body needs enough rest, she is very weak, thank God you brought her early.
You see, learn to rest your brain, it helps you think and be ready to work the other day with a fresh mind.
It will cost you no harm and will help you focus 100% at work.
According to researchers Sleeping less may mean you put on weight!
Studies have shown that people who sleep less than 7 hours a day tend to gain more weight.
And have a higher risk of becoming obese than those who get 7 hours.
Studies have suggested that people who usually sleep less than 5 hours a night have an increased risk of developing diabetes.
Long-standing sleep deprivation seems to be associated with increased heart rate.
An increase in blood pressure and higher levels of certain chemicals are linked with inflammation.
which may put extra strain on your heart.
I hope with all this advice if you are a victim of it.
You will start working on it now because is good for your health.
